Renee Winkler is a twenty-three-year veteran of the real estate sales world. She focuses on effectively leading people through the ever-changing market of buying and selling. With service oriented dedication Renee simplifies what can be a complicated business.
Renee is passionate about educating buyers and sellers during each step of their process. With so many potential roadblocks to buying, Renee skillfully navigates buyers through all the details to help them accomplish their dreams of homeownership. Because of this, she is frequently referred to first time home buyers.

Brad was born and raised in Lancaster, WI where he currently lives with his wife Jessica and three beautiful children (Ian, Blakely, and Kenly). He has been self-employed for most of his adult career, owning Klaas Construction LLC and Party Jump Inflatables LLC. He has served and given back to his community through each of these businesses, and now is looking to broaden his involvement.
Brad obtained his real estate license in 2015 and is looking forward to assisting with all of your real estate transactions. With Brad’s knowledge of construction from the ground up, he feels he can give people the edge they need to feel confident in their real estate decisions. When your time is right, look for Brad!

Kelly first moved to Platteville over 20 years ago and since her arrival she has explored by driving Southwest Wisconsin and still loves to grab a camera and discover new sites throughout this picturesque part of the state. Kelly started at Platteville Realty in 2016 and works primarily in residential real estate--she genuinely enjoys coaching buyers and sellers through the various steps of each transaction and advocating for her client’s best interest.
Prior to real estate Kelly worked in higher education and has transferred her skills in advising, promotion, negotiation, customer service and problem-solving to her work. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University and a master’s degree from UW-Platteville.

Dallas is a Wisconsin native and has lived in Platteville for the last 6 years. He has 7 years and counting of physical therapy experience working as a physical therapist assistant. Dallas is also an experienced landscaper having more than 5 years of experience. Both occupations have allowed him to obtain experience in customer service, communication, and problem solving.
Dallas obtained his real estate license in 2019 and is very motivated to excel in sales. His work experiences have allowed him to help people and to meet their goals. When it comes to real estate his approach is the same as he is ready to help you by making your real estate dreams come true!

Dakota is a Wisconsin native and has lived in Lancaster for the past 5 years. He has 7 years and counting of physical therapy experience working as a physical therapist assistant with the past 5 years being in management. With Dakota's current work history, he has gained experience in customer services, communication, reporting, and preparing and analyzing financial reports.
Dakota obtained his real estate license in 2022 and is very motivated to excel in sales. His main goal is to put customer service first and make sure everyone has a great experience with Platteville Realty!

With nearly 40 years of experience I have been involved with hundreds of transactions in every type of real estate. I have experience in marketing real estate in various ways including auctions and sealed bids. I have also been on the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin ( RASCW ) board of directors serving one year as board vice president. I have also served on the RASCW Housing Foundation board of directors. The Housing Foundation provides down payment assistance loans to low and medium income individuals. I served one year as board president. If you are looking for someone with experience to help you with your real estate needs I am the person you are looking for.

Merv has been in the real estate business since 1996. He is an Air Force veteran and was a supervisor at Advance Transformer in Platteville. But when Advance closed, Merv decided to use his supervisory skills in a new way and studied for the real estate exam to receive his license. He owned and operated his own office for a number of years until he retired from ownership in 2015.
Merv has come onboard with Platteville Realty—as he still very much enjoys helping buyers and sellers of Southwest Wisconsin achieve their real estate dreams. He and his wife Marci are longtime residents of Dickeyville.
